I recall that USCIS was planning to issue 2 year AP and 2 year EAD. I see that the 2 year EAD has been implemented. ANy idea, if and when the 2 year AP implementation is expected?

I am on EAD and I dont have any current employment, except a good faith future employment offer. I am already in bench more than 4 months and tired of it. I want to travel to India and come back after 2 months, using AP. What sort of questions being asked while entering USA and what documents I need to provide?
My friends are advising me not to leave the country. Please advise.

No he doesn't have pending GC status.His wife is on 4th year of H1 and she already got EAD.But her priority date is not current (Sept 06)to add him to her GC status immediately.

I was on F1 visa and applied for my GC / I485 thru my spouse few years back. Unfortunately while coming back from India 3 years back, I used my stamped F1 visa instead of AP. My lawyer told me that due to this, I have abondoned my AOS and he has to withdraw my 485 and refile it when it will be current. Few days back spouse became current and attorney was preparing to apply for 485 again but in USCIS the status of my application was still shown pending not withdrawn. To our surprise, we saw 2 GC in the mail and the online status was shown approved. But the attorney is saying that we should re-file the 485 since USCIS did not withdraw my application and approved it. They says that I might have issues if my absence is detected when I will apply for citizenship later. Please suggest. I am so puzzled and tensed..

I have a valid Visa from Employer A till May 2012. I moved to a new Employer B in Feb 2010 and my H1B was approved till Jan 2013.
I am planning to Visit India in June 2010. Can i come back to US, New Jersey with my Old Employer Visa and New Employer I797.

Hello,
I am completing 4 yrs of my H1 and currenty working with company. I already have my PERM & 140 cleared through this company (EB3).
Hence, if I continue with this company, I do not have to worry about 6yrs limit on my H1.
However, if I have to change my employer:
1. Now?
2. After completion of 6 yrs (i.e. H1 extensions) would I be able to do that?
Also, what will happen with my GC? Will that be fresh start from scratch?
