I see that PR and USVI are no listed in the state list. Here live a lot of H and L visa holders.
Recently my company lawyers told me that they summit my LC application using PERM.
What is the estimated time to get the Labor Certification?
Any idea of the GC process time in PR (I think that processing center is Vermont) ?

My company got a NOF from PBEC asking on why they filed labor from State-A when the company HQ is in State B. Company has a branch office in State-A. Did any one of you get these kind of NOF, if so how did you answer the NOF. Help is really appreicated.

what are the security checks involved with the green card process, and when do they come up?

Hi
I just checked my status on line and saw a LUD on my and my wife's pending 485 applications. My priority date is March 2006.
One reason that I am thinking off is that i had a service request opened on 8/22 when i went for infopass appointment and I recd a letter from USCIS dated Sept 30th with the usual template of saying that "we are processing your application bla bl bla and if you dont hear anything from us in 6 months please call us bla bla bla....."
However the LUD is not 9/30 but 10/7. I am wondering if anyone else has seen LUDs on their applications.
My AP and EAD have been renewed long back (about 1 month back).
Any response in this respect is appreciated

Online EAD status says Card production ordered. Not received card yet. Is there any memo/ lawyer opinion that says it is OK to work that as a basis for employment eligibility?

gcformeornot is correct. You cannot "transfer" an I-140 approval, but you can keep and use the PD for any subsequent I-140. Once a new LC is approved, a copy of the I-140 approval notice with the 10/2007 PD should be included in the new I-140 submission along with a request to use the old PD on the new I-140 approval notice.

I'm creating a car game. i managed to get the car moving and all, but i dunno how to make the car collide with the obstacles when it hits it.
